How to Resolve “Invalid Subtitle Format” Issue
When performing video encoding on BlendVision One, you may encounter an error with “Invalid subtitle file format”. This issue usually arises from the original subtitle file (SRT format) input by the users.
Is it possible to publish/broadcast the video file which doesn't have audio file like screen recording?
No, it's impossible.
After adding VOD, I can't edit security tab.
It's expected that you can't change security tab's options once encoding is started. The setting you configured on security tab is required for encoding the video.
On setting page of "General", preview section is black. How/when can I preview?
Preview feature on VOD setting page becomes available once status is "Success" on VOD list. Please wait for the status to "Success" to use preview.
When adding a VOD, I can not find the option to input a name for the VOD.
The VOD name is not visible or editable during addition. After adding the VOD, please navigate to the settings page for the VOD. From here, you can edit the VOD name located near the top and save by clicking the button on the top right.
Can you duplicate the settings of past scheduled VODs?
Unfortunately, we do not provide the ability to copy settings from past VODs.
Is it possible to enable the chatroom feature in a VOD showroom?
No, the chatroom feature is only available for live events.
What will display when going into the showroom before the scheduled start time?
The login page will be displayed as usual. After proceeding from the login page, the main page will display with the designated cover image.
Is it possible to change cover images after a scheduled VOD has started?
Yes, it is possible by uploading a cover image after encoding is complete and changing it after the scheduled VOD has started.
