It will be saved to BlendVisions Library. When you open the web console, navigate to "Library" > "Videos" from the left sidebar. You will find your downloaded livestreams, with the most recently saved videos being displayed at the top.
Do downloaded livestream files contain chatroom/poll interactions?
No, downloaded livestream files only contain the broadcasted video without any chatroom or poll interactions. The recorded livestream only constitutes the video contained within the red lines as demonstrated in the image below.
After archiving an event, is it possible to revert back to the "Closed" status?
Unfortunately there is no way to revert back to the "Closed" for archived live events.
Why isn't the "Preview" button displaying in the control room?
The preview feature is only available 12 hours before the live event is scheduled to start. The preview button is hidden until then.
Is it possible to change the VOD start time earlier than scheduled if the status is already on "VOD ready"?
Yes, from the Livestream list, click the live event which you want to change and navigate to the "VOD" section of the "General" tab.
If VOD start time is earlier than completing encoding on Live-to-VOD enabled situation, how does it work?
Once encoding is complete, Live-to-VOD begin to stream automatically.
